This year in conjunction with National Creativity and
Wellbeing Week we are launching a series of Mindfulness
events for adults.
Every Monday evening in June, we will be opening the
Museum for you to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and
escape those Monday blues. Our buildings will become host
to a range of mindful activities and forgotten skills for
you to discover. Activities will include Tai Chi, Forest
Bathing and a different forgotten skill such as rag rug
making, straw plaiting or spinning. You can also de-
stress with jigsaw puzzles, colouring and fire gazing.
Refreshments will be available all evening.

The Museum will also be running a series of Friday
evening Lates in July called Fun Fridays.
